Export Control Notice

Products with a detection range of ≥10 km (RCS: 0.01 m²) are listed under China's Dual-Use Items and Technologies Export Control List administered by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and subject to China Customs supervision. Any export transaction requires a valid export licence issued by MOFCOM. End-users must provide an End-User Certificate (EUC) and End-Use Certificate. Re-export or re-transfer without prior written approval from the Chinese competent authority is strictly prohibited.
